WIP ZGMF X42S Destiny Gundam

hey...long time no see huh, my college final project just drives me crazy T.T, so don't have much time writing as usual i did....so this is my first post in a while, i wanna show you my 3D work in one of 3D forum. In this forum there is a challenge once in a while, i have participated in the last two of the challenge, first in the Creature and monster Challenge and now in Mecha/Robot Modeling Challenge that i am currently working at, sorry i don't show you my work at the first challenge i've particiapted cuz as i said i don't have much time recently and i think i don't really want to show it...cuz it's really baaaddd (trust me, you're gonna laugh if you see that)
soo...back to the topic, in the challenge with mecha and robot theme, i take the idea for creating a gundam, and the model i choose is ZGMF X42S Destiny from Gundam Seed Destiny.
So...this is my WIP(Work in Progress) in that Challenge

this is the first, as you can see, i created it with the foot first

next is modeling the thigh

next is modeling the torso...heheh...gotta thanks this challenge cuz i've learned how to use wireframe render (yeah...i just know it cuz this challenge)

next is..completing the arm and add basic color to the model

in this progress i created the head and the shield...at this point it's still look like a toy isn't it??

now at this point i finally add a metal material into the model (gotta browse the web just to know how to do that T.T)

the challenge closed at oct 16th, but i wanna finish it before i'm going back to my hometown
